Mission:

To provide quality medical care, life-long and loving home to helpless animals. The center believes that every rescued dog is a living creature that would make a wonderful companion if given the second chance. We therefore strive to fulfill it by giving them a safe haven to live in.

All the dogs are cared for by a dedicated team of staff under the guidance of experienced center director who is a highly qualified Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. The center director will efficiently work under the supervision of the Foundation managing officer and the Foundation president.
